Hi and welcome!
I’m a long term yoga practitioner and yoga teacher, specialising in supporting stressed out Urbanites and hardworking professionals especially in the Creative Industry. I’ll help you take a step back, relax and re connect with yourself on both a physical and mental level.
I use my extensive training and personal experience in Restorative, Yin Yoga, and Meditation, also incorporating and exploring Mindfulness.
I regard these practices as antidotes to hectic city life asthey directly focus on calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety, stress and overwhelm.
The incorporation of mindfulness into my classes increases self-awareness – a tool which can be taken out into everyday life to reduce those hard to control, reactive moments.
Yoga is for every BODY and every age. We are all unique physically and mentally so no one practice fits all. I create my own cocktail (I do love a cocktail :)) of yoga combining yin, hatha and restorative to create tailor made programmes for my individual clients.
