Hi and welcome!

I’m a long term yoga practitioner and yoga teacher, specialising in supporting stressed out Urbanites and hardworking professionals especially in the Creative Industry. I’ll help you take a step back, relax and re connect with yourself on both a physical and mental level.
​
I use my extensive training and personal experience in Restorative, Yin Yoga, and Meditation, also incorporating and exploring Mindfulness.
I regard these practices as antidotes to hectic city life asthey directly focus on calming the nervous system, reducing anxiety, stress and overwhelm. ​

The incorporation of mindfulness into my classes increases self-awareness – a tool which can be taken out into everyday life to reduce those hard to control, reactive moments.

​Yoga is for every BODY and every age. We are all unique physically and mentally so no one practice fits all. I create my own cocktail (I do love a cocktail :)) of yoga combining yin, hatha and restorative to create tailor made programmes for my individual clients.​
