A two-week kick-start challenge, for those with health concerns or with an interest in health and prevention.
A great ‘whole company’ team building exercise to help demonstrate improvements in just two weeks. This is typically built around a number of workshops and individual coaching sessions for staff. Employees are motivated to continue their health awareness when they see changes achieved over a short period.
360 DEGREE HEALTHY REBOOT PROGRAMME
Delivered over a 6 - 12 week period,this programme includes weekly 30 minute 1:1 coaching sessions and lunch time talks to educate and motivate employees to maintain healthy habits.
There is an option to integrate office desk yoga and mindfulness classes to give employees the knowledge and tools to manage their own daily wellbeing whilst at their desk.
