Hi! My name's Nicky and I’ve experienced 3 decades as a freelancer in the exciting and creative but HIGHLY demanding Media & Events industries. 

My work was my life and I NEVER put my well-being first. I paid a heavy price with a HUGE wake-up call - Cancer.  F***K!

But now fully recovered (Yae!) I’m a Certified Nutritionist and Health Coach.

My mission is to empower Creative Leaders to become their most creative and successful selves, through focusing on their optimum mental and physical well-being -

even when time poor.
